8 Steps you need for a better life

1. When we stay in our comfort zones, we're not growing, learning, or experiencing. We're merely existing, not truly living. From my perspective, the comfort zone is not so much a comfort as it is a trap. It's a trap that keeps us from reaching our full potential, from experiencing all that life has to offer.
These are Ways to Leave Your Comfort Zone and Overcome Fear
I. Know what's outside your comfort zone.
II. Set a clear vision of what you want to overcome.
III. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
IV. Learn from failures.
V. Take baby steps.
VI. Surround yourself with risk takers.
VII. Be honest with yourself when you are trying to make excuses.

2. To avoid a challenge means you don't want to come out of your comfort zone. But growth takes place out of the comfort zone.
Facing the challenges life throws our way is never easy, but it can be done with a little compassion.

3. Self-care has been described as taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy, you can be well, you can do your job, you can help and care. These are the Consequences of not practicing self-care:
I. Low energy
II. Feeling hopeless
III. Less patience
IV. Reduced performance at work
V. Less motivation to engage in social activities

And these are some Self-care ideas:

I. Make a gratitude list
II. Listen to upbeat or relaxing music
III. Listen to a meditation or motivational Podcast.

4. Holding a grudge often involves trouble letting go of anger about the event. You might have intrusive thoughts or rehash what happened again and again. It can be difficult to stop ruminating on past pain and distress once you've developed the habit, but you can break the cycle.

5. This fear of being alone can affect your relationships, social life and career. Autophobia, or monophobia, makes you feel extremely anxious when you're alone. Having a fear of being alone can be debilitating. It potentially influences our decisions for ourselves in negative ways.

6. If you don't set healthy boundaries, you are likely to constantly be at the mercy of others. You allow others to tell you how to think, act, and feel. It also means you tend to spend your time and energy doing what others want you to do, over what you deep down want to do.

7. Change ensures that bad situations end. So long as you embrace change, you will find that your situation does not have to last forever. Change is scary because it threatens what you have now, but you embrace it because that same change is the source of all opportunities.

8. I also agree that practicing gratitude helps create a HABIT where we focus on the positive in life and this is a very good thing. Gratitude involves showing appreciation for the things in life that are meaningful or valuable to you. Taking a moment to notice and acknowledge.
